Privacy Policy

This page explains which personal data is collected when you visit the website or get in touch, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Who we are

This website presents the work of Figueiredo Neto and FIG Studio in design, landing pages, corporate websites, online stores and branding. Figueiredo Neto and FIG Studio are responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy, which means they decide how and why this data is used.

For any matter related to privacy and personal data, reach out:

2. Data we collect

We only collect what is needed to reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver projects and keep the website running well. The data reaches us in three ways.

Data you provide in forms

  • Contact form (Contact page): service of interest, business stage, name, email, WhatsApp, company or industry, desired timeline, budget range and your message about the project.
  • Quick form (home page and service pages): project type, need, timeline, budget range, name, email or WhatsApp and message.
  • Partnership form (Partners page): partnership model, field of work, name, email, WhatsApp, company or portfolio and your message about the collaboration.
  • Project briefing (Briefing page): company or project name, industry, business description, page model and goal, campaigns where the page will be used, email and WhatsApp that will receive the leads, audience profile (social class, age range and gender), pain points, differentiators and solutions, visual identity information, links to materials such as logo, images and social proof, and extra notes.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health information, racial origin, religion or biometrics. Please do not include it in your messages either.

Browsing data

While you browse, analytics tools record technical and usage information, such as pages visited, time on page, clicks and scrolling, where the visit came from (for example, an ad or a social network), device type, browser, operating system, language, approximate location and IP address, depending on each tool.

We do not use this data to identify you by name. Meta, however, may associate the events recorded by the Meta Pixel with your Facebook or Instagram account, according to its own policy.

WhatsApp and email conversations

If you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you send there, such as your name, phone number, email address, messages and files.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to contacts, questions and quote requests.
  • To understand your project and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver contracted projects, from briefing to handover.
  • To understand how the website is used, so we can fix problems and improve content, navigation and performance.
  • To measure ad campaigns, for example to know whether a click on an ad turned into a contact.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the website against misuse.

4. Tools and third parties

The website uses the services below. Each provider has its own privacy policy, which also applies to the processing it carries out.

  • Brevo: email delivery service that sends the answers from the contact, quick, partnership and briefing forms to our inbox. Brevo policy
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): records visits and actions on the website, such as WhatsApp clicks and form submissions, to measure and optimize ads on Meta platforms. Meta policy
  • Microsoft Clarity: produces heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that show how people navigate the pages. Microsoft policy
  • Umami: visit statistics, such as number of visits, most viewed pages and traffic sources. Umami policy
  • Google Fonts: provides the typeface used on the website. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google policy
  • WhatsApp: when you choose to chat there, the conversation happens in the app, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp policy
  • Website hosting: the hosting provider processes technical access data, such as IP address and server logs, needed to deliver the pages. Briefing answers are also stored on the website server, in a folder with no public access.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next. Identifiers and measurement scripts work in a similar way.

  • Meta Pixel: uses cookies and identifiers to recognize the browser and link visits and actions to ads.
  • Microsoft Clarity: uses cookies to group the pages viewed in the same session and recognize returning visits.
  • Umami: according to the provider, produces its statistics without using cookies.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing or install extensions that block trackers. The website keeps working normally, but your visit is no longer recorded in the statistics and ad measurement. In your Meta account settings, you can also control how your activity on other websites is used for ads.

7. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share data:

  • with the providers listed under Tools and third parties, to the extent needed to run the website and our services;
  • when required by law, court order or a request from a competent authority.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside Brazil, according to their own policies.

8. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your contact, prepare and follow up on the proposal and perform the contract, plus the period required to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Browsing data is kept for the periods defined by each analytics tool.

9. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), briefing answers are kept in a folder blocked from public access and can only be viewed in a password protected panel, and access to data is restricted to those who need it to serve you.

No system is completely immune to failures. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk or harm to you, we will act to contain it and notify those affected and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) when the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you, as the data subject, may request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data;
  • access to the data;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
  • portability of the data to another service provider, under the ANPD regulations;
  • deletion of data processed based on your consent, except where the law allows it to be kept;
  • information about the public and private entities we share your data with;
  • information about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of refusing;
  • withdrawal of consent.

You may also object to processing carried out without your consent, under another legal basis, when it does not comply with the LGPD, and you may file a complaint with the ANPD.

How to exercise them: send an email to contato@figueiredoneto.com with the subject “Privacy” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may ask for some information to confirm your identity before handling the request. We reply within a reasonable time, observing the deadlines set by the LGPD.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, the tools we use or the law. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update. When a change is significant, we will highlight it here.
